A fair refund policy
Having a househelp at our homes is no longer a luxury, it’s indispensable. Finding the right one is challenging, and not being able to find one is aggravating. At Dr. Manju Maid Services, we aspire to help you find the right house help through our extensive network of house maids, cooks, aayahs etc. around India and our extraordinary client service. If you’re ever unhappy with our service or our house help’s performance, just contact our client service team and we’ll take care of you.
Examples of full refunds we’d grant.
- If you paid the registration amount more than 30 days ago and no candidate was referred to you.
- You registered with us in the past 90 days but decided to defer hiring house help through us for any reason before the interview process began.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant.
- If you interviewed 5 or fewer candidates either over the phone or in-person and did not end up hiring anyone. In this case, we will charge Rs. 2000 administration fee and refund the remaining amount to you.
- If the candidate is hired and he/she quits within 15 days of joining and you decide to cancel the service instead of going for a replacement, 50% of the total service fee will be refunded to you.
- If the candidate is hired and he/she quits within 15 days of joining and if we fail to arrange a suitable replacement within 30 days, 75% of the total service fee will be refunded to you.
